Indo-Korea Joint Workshop on Robotics (22-23 March 2017)

The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, in association with the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India and National Research Foundation of Korea is organizing the Indo-Korea Joint Workshop on Robotics at IIT Delhi from 22nd to 23rd March, 2017. Around 8 researchers from Korea and 23 from India working in the area of Robotics will be participating in the workshop. One of the objectives of the workshop is to discuss the setting up of the Virtual Network Center (VNC) on Robotics between India and the Republic of Korea. The VNC is aimed at building an extensive collaborative research network enabling research challenges to be met in a most effective manner. The establishment of the Virtual Network Center will effectively lead to the creation of an academic powerhouse around outstanding scientists and facilities by adopting some of the best practices.
